To insure a safe, non-offensive and more friendly environment for all of our users and maintain a long-term relationship with our clients, we have established our Terms and Conditions.

  • If you visit our shop at Giftingway.com, you accept all the below mentioned terms and conditions
  • ALL PRICES ARE IN PAKISTAN RUPEE. 
  • Item delivery is subject to confirmation, verification and approval of credit card from the credit card Company.
  • Cake flavors are not guaranteed on EID, VALENTINE, and other occasions.
  • If the recipient is not available when we deliver the requested items we are not responsible for redelivery except if the items are non-perishable, like perfumes, chocolates or gift items. If this situation arises and customer requires a redelivery of perishable items like flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits and food then Giftingway.com reserves the right to charge 75-90% of the price of that item in order to cover its costs of redelivery as perishable items are discarded if not delivered.
  • We will match the lowest price and give you an additional 3% discount. Only legitimate websites offering lower price will
    be counted against the lower price guarantee.
  • Some items ordered will be delivered by local couriers (gift items such as chocolates, perfumes, toys, teddy bears, etc) and they will not be delivered with your order.
  • Giftingway.com does not take responsibility for delay in orders due to incorrect billing address, any loss or delay or any other reason.
  • All items shall be delivered within 1 to 3 days except in circumstances such as strikes, coups, public holidays and other emergency situations or in cases where the customer specifies a specific delivery date.
  • In case of strikes or other acts of God in the delivery city we will try our level best to deliver as many items as possible which are delivered via our own delivery network. In case the order has gift items, they will be delayed the next business day when courier services are in operation.
  • Orders may not be cancelled once placed.
  • No refund shall be provided under any circumstances. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, kindly contact us through email at info@giftingway.com within 3 days of delivery of your order.
  • Product pictures are mere representation. Product delivered may very depending upon availability.
  • Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible and vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as non-availability of item in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints. In case of such a forced substitution the product delivered shall be equal in value to that ordered.
  • The customer shall be notified through email at the time items are shipped from Giftingway.com. Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days of shipment.
  • User expressly agrees that use of Giftingway.com is at User's sole risk. Neither Giftingway.com, nor its affiliates/vendors, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors (collectively, "Providers"), or the like, warrant that thgiftshop.pk will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Giftingway.com, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through Giftingway.com.

Giftingway.com may disclose any Content or electronic communication of any kind to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate Giftingway.com; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of Giftingway.com, its Users or Providers.
  • Giftingway.com reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to individual Users.

  • All items purchased from Giftingway.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Giftingway.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Giftingway.com itself is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
